DUNK Movement — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DUNK Movement. We want you to love your socks — but we also recognize that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and fair process.

What’s eligible for return or exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation / order number) is required.

Exchanges & Store Credit (not refunds to original payment)

  • Instead of issuing refunds back to the original payment method, we provide store credit or exchanges for eligible returns.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your store credit or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Who covers return shipping

  • For domestic (U.S.) returns and exchanges: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions — Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items

If you received an incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP.

  1. Email us at hello@dunkmovement.com:

    • Order number

    • Name on the order

    • Email associated with the order

    • A clear photo of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item (showing tags and damage)

  2. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement, or—if a replacement is unavailable—issue store credit.

We aim to resolve these issues quickly.

How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Email our support team within the 15-day window (hello@dunkmovement.com) to request a return or exchange.

  • Include your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange in your email.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us. Items must meet the “eligible” criteria above.

  • After we receive the return, we will issue store credit or send the exchange, within 7–10 business days.

Why we do store credit/exchanges instead of refunds

As a small, purpose-driven brand, handling returns as store credit or exchanges helps us keep pricing fair and supports our mission — every purchase also contributes to shelter support. We appreciate your understanding and support for our small business.
